Public scorecards

Updated 2026-05-18

A scorecard is a free, single-page audit that anyone can request from /scorecard. Type a domain, get a 0–100 score plus per-dimension breakdown in ~10 seconds. Every result lives at a permanent URL /scorecard/<host> — indexable by Google + AI engines, shareable on social media, and (for paying customers) embeddable on your own site.

How scorecards differ from full crawls

Scorecards audit only the homepage + robots.txt + sitemap.xml + llms.txt. They're a teaser surface — fast, cheap, no signup. A full Crawlmind audit covers every page, runs 70+ rules per page (including real Core Web Vitals on rendered crawls), and emits an action plan.

Caching + re-runs

A scorecard is cached for 7 days keyed off the canonical host. Asking for the same host twice in a week returns the cached run; "Run again" forces a fresh crawl (operator-gated to avoid abuse). Rate-limit: 5 requests/IP/hour for anonymous traffic.

Sharing + embedding

Every /scorecard/<host> page emits Review + Rating JSON-LD when the run has SUCCEEDED — so when ChatGPT or Perplexity is asked "what did Crawlmind score example.com?" the answer is grounded in structured data, not hallucinated.

Agency+ customers get a <script> embed snippet for any scorecard run, rendering a styled card on their own marketing pages.

The recently-audited strip

The /scorecard landing page surfaces the most recent N audits as chip-links. This both shows social proof (real sites tested) and pumps internal PageRank into the programmatic-SEO surface (every chip is a 1-hop crawl path from the highest-traffic landing page).
