Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-10. Effective date: 2026-05-10.
These terms govern your use of the Crawlmind (the “Service”) operated by Crawlmind Inc. (“we”, “us”). By signing up or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Account
You're responsible for the credentials used to access the Service. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect a compromise. One human per email address; sharing credentials is not permitted.
2. Subscriptions + billing
- Plans are listed on /pricing. Pricing is per organisation, billed monthly or annually.
- Free trial conditions, where offered, are stated on the plan page at the time of signup.
- We charge via Stripe; you provide a valid payment method when upgrading from FREE.
- Auto-renew applies at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal in
/orgs/:orgId/settings/billing. - Refunds: pro-rata refund within 14 days of a charge. After 14 days, no refunds, but cancellation is effective at period end.
3. Acceptable use
You will not:
- Crawl websites you don't own or have permission to crawl.
- Use the Service to scrape personal data of EU residents in violation of GDPR.
- Test for vulnerabilities without prior written permission ([email protected]).
- Resell the Service in a way that materially competes with us (white-label for your end-customers is fine — that's what the AGENCY plan is for).
- Reverse-engineer the Service or its outputs.
We may suspend an account for abuse with reasonable notice; we may suspend immediately for active threats to the Service or other users.
4. Your data
You own your data. We provide an export at any time (POST /me/data-export) and a deletion endpoint (POST /me/account-delete). See the Privacy Policy for details and the DPA for the GDPR-compliant processor terms.
5. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability. Status is published at status.crawlmind.ai. Planned maintenance is announced 48h in advance there.
We do not offer SLA credits on the FREE plan. PRO+ customers can request service credits per the DPA.
6. Warranties + liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to: gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under the applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service. You own your inputs (the websites you crawl) and outputs (the reports we produce). We retain a license to your data necessary to operate the Service for you.
8. Termination
You can terminate at any time by closing your account. We can terminate with 30 days' notice for any reason; immediately for material breach.
9. Governing law + disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute is resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We notify you 30 days in advance of material changes.
